Are these actually worth doing to miniZ's or Iwavers?

I would really like to see a car that size with a hobby ESC and Servo.

Did not want to start a new post so I thought I would ask my question here any ways.

Does anyone know where I could get a MiniZ PCB board...?

Would they be better in my Xmod than an Iwaver PCB?

I need to make my decision, it is either...

1) Xmod chassis with Iwaver pro board

or

2) Xmod Chassis with MiniZ stock board?

Would the steering be better once these boards are swapped into the Xmod?

YES. Much better
Xmod Chassis with MiniZ stock board
YES. as it is my choice. See pic in Ma'Drifter STI thread.

Try RCMart/Dinball in HK. They are EXPENSIVE. Iwould recomend F1 - ESC.

the i waver board works good but it has more of lazy steering (mine is)
as i heard, correct me if i'm wrong, miniz has 512 steps propo and i waver 250. :-)

P.S. See this one, may this be of choice?

plasmatomic+spy+2s lipo+miniz=

I use that method of servo saver for the M18 and xmod. It definitly works. Havent borked a servo yet.

It doesnt have to be expensive, you can pick up used spy's, rx's, etc on ebay for cheap. I'm always looking out for them. picked up a blown
spy for 10$, bought replacement fets for 1$. works great now.

new gws pico rx's with crystal are $34 new on ebay
(from tom'src something ebay user)
they are smaller than the XXL

I love the spy. Uncased from its plastic shell, the spy fits in 1:64th's
and will work with a voltage down low as 3.7v(single lipo)
and still operate a micro servo. feather 55 or jr-15 etc

A bit pricey here, but it's one location. Add S&H from Australia to this (Not as high as you would think). The nice thing about Ausmicro on this item is that they don't remove anything. I've seen an MR-02 PCB on Atomic mods, but it didn't come with the servo motor and something else. Not sure if they took it off, put in another package and sold it seperate. I don't like ordering from companies that take stuff out of the box and sell it seperate. That's a bit annoying. You may end up missing something you need even if they're not up to no good. Just my opinion.

I found it though. I'll at least give them a fair shake. They have it listed as back-ordered though.

Just wanted to point out; Here is atomic mods selling the steering servo and pot seperately;

So, to get the whole set, you would still be paying $100 plus S&H.
Cause I ride around town on my low-rider bicycle.
