Iwaver pinout

Post by Murdoch »

I'm looking for a circuit diagram for an Iwaver board.

Anyone know where I can find it?

Can you be more specific about which iWaver? iWaver 01, iWaver02/Firelap 2.0, or the new new iWaver with the different steering servo thing?

I don't know if this is what you're looking for, but here's my Firelap 2.0 board with all the wires attached, minus fets. The little red and black go to the steering motor, and the big red and black go to battery terminal.

If the layout is the exact same, I think I'll be able to use it.

nope.. no good. I believe the one I have is a first gen board.

What I need now is a few things. a manual (a link to a PDF would be awesome) and a datasheet or PDF of some sort on the 02 tx. I need to make sure the polarity from the battery tray is correct. Also, would xmod crystals work in the iwaver tx and rx?

I was able to scoop the antenna and battery tray out of the MX-3 to use w/ the Iwaver radio.

here's a pic of what the car looks like so far: Image
