I've got a dirt truck

General discussions, new info, and all stuff that's how you say, off the hook. Bit, ZZ, SE, MT, SS... as long as it's micro, it's here.

Dear Life Cereal, Where do you get off? Part of a balanced breakfast and delicious? Who do you think you are? By now you may have guessed I'm speaking ironically and have nothing but good things to say about what you do. Life cereal do not change a thing.

Yeah, you send me new bodies, and I'm compulsed to do something with them.

I don't have enough chassis for all my bodies. That's why I bought the Motorworks, but I really didn't like the way it handled, so I had to retire a another body, to clear a chassis for my baja bug.

Oh well, as long as they keep getting better. ;)

Ya know what? That's an excellent idea. I just might borrow that if you don't mind.
Go for it, Dave. I cant wait to see the results. By the way, synj, put a salt spreader on the back and a plow on the front, and yours will be a dead-on, bonafied snow truck.

It's kinda hard to explain a salt spreader... hmmm.. Okay. You know them lawn-fertilizer spreader things that when you push them, the thing on the bottom spins and the stuff funnels down and gets shot all over the place?
Well, it's kinda like that only its on the back of a truck and it's driven by an electric motor to spin it. And on a truck like that, the salt would be funneled down from the bed of the truck, and into a hopper on the top of the spreader. :???: And I am more than glad that I can maybe inspire a few of tha Pimps that inspire me.

I've just about given up, this is the harshest winter I've dealt with in a few years and personally, I wish it would just go away. That is a great idea with the fertilizer spreader, though, I do it by hand from a little bucket, and revel in the pointlessness of it all. The ice and snow just keep coming! By the way, loved that Boopmobile, man! I'm going to try some "DarkTari style" ground effects on the 'vert mitsubishi I'm prepping right now.
