I know you're not hatin', but I just wanted to say that i don't think every car needs a million things done to it, to be cool. Often times, a little is enough. I think it's a lot easier to take a car too far than it is to show restraint and know when to stop. It's all a matter of taste, but i don't think a car needs to have a full body kit, a wing, two-tone paint and a full blown interior to be cool, nor do I think any of those things make a car "better." It's the word "just" in both posts quoted, that really bothers me... why should someone get even a little bit dissed for deciding, "it's done, I like it just like this".. even if that means stock outta the box.

I agree with Hue on the "just" thing. Sometimes less is more. I like the stock look of a lot of my micros (Particularly my muscle car SE's and some superbits), but I also see minor things about them that I would like to change. I think Sinned took an already good looking body and made it look even better just by lowering it. Then again, I have seen some other cars that had the shit modded out of them, which are stunning works of art...many of DT's cars are good examples.

I find all of your pimps work inspirational, but there is something about some of the "more simple" mods that gets me going. I suppose its because I feel like those mods are something that I can accomplish, being a "rookie" so to speak, and still create a nice looking ride.

With that said, I agree with CD that a little constructive criticism is a good thing. It helps some of you more experienced pimps push the envelope and provides a learning experience for the rookies.

I think that I'm inspired by all the cool modding DT does, and how well it all works together, that's a skill. On the other hand, I'm inspired by how just straight up clean Hue's work is, that's a skill too. I'm left in the middle thinking, how can I do all that and keep it clean, that's my style. We all have our own style.

I think once we've seen what someone like Sinned has done, we expect him to produce on that level everytime. Sometimes I feel like that expectation is put on me, but it just don't work like that.

After reading that quote again, it does sound like I'm talkin' shit about one style over another... which wasn't where I was comin' from at all. I was just defending Sinned's clean and simple car. But, in defending his clean and simple style, I made it sound like I don't dig stuff that's over the top and fully decked-out, and that's not right... I dig the shit outta that shit...

Ph2t, those comments were more Bitch than Pimp IMO. Sinned has been here for ever, and personally I feel he deserves more respect than that. Now true, I do agree that it would be great to see him contribute more than just his Dope rides, but look at it this way. Sinned speaks English, sure, but I have a feeling that it's to th level of my sisters in law. They don't use it on a regular basis, so it's a royal PitA to "Brows" forums, and then post your thoughts concisly with out repeating what others have already said before. Basically, do you speak a second language, and more so, do you research and read stuff in that language? If not, I would suggest you back off then. Good to see tho that it's not just us Americans tha feel everyone in th world should speak English, them Aussies do too

I agree with both of you. I agree with Finks that there's no need to be overly harsh on Sinned. I would rather he only floss his rides than to not come here at all. However, I also agree with ph2t in that Sinned could be a little more active in threads other than his own.

Miva's english is no better than Sinned's, but he treated us to a step-by-step of the evolution of that Ferrari. By the way, what the hell happened to Miva and that Ferrari?
