Using some of your mods

Hey everyone, I'm making a website for Zips. I will definately be sticking to bitpimps tho, i just thought that it would be nice to have one place where you can just find alot of mods, right in front of you. So I was wondering, with full credit would I be allowed to use some of your mods in order to benefit the community as a whole? Kind of like RCMOD's mod list, except more updated, and more directed toward zips. Yes? No? Maybe So?

I'm going to have to ask that you don't re-duplicate any modifications by the bitPimps.

well, i just got an okay from some people at tinyrc, so i'm not completely befuddled, but on another note, i would like to use some of your images for my Zip of the month gallery. I don't see why that should disgruntle anyone, because it merely shows off what you worked so hard on.

you would have to get cabos permission at that also ,,, why start a nother site when u have the best and coolest one right here,,,besides all the pimps are the coolest and help u out 100% ,every time i needed help or had a ? they all helped out with fast replies ,,, well I THINK U SHOULD ASK ALL THE PIMPS AND FIRST GET PERMISSION FROM ALL AND CABO ,, SORRY for caps guys ,,

thanks guys. yeah i know bitpimps is absolutely great, but hey, it's always nice to have a lil variety, and it gives me somethign to do w/ my time. also, i'll be linkin to the pimps on the home page, so the more people who see my site, the more people see this one! nice friendly network there.

I have to give you the same answer I've given everyone else who's asked.
No - please do not use any content or images from bitPimps - it is legally copyrighted.

I encourage you to start you own thing, but do just that - your own thing - do not use content or images from bitPimps please.

If other users grant you permission to use their content or images - that is another thing and doesn't concern me or bitPimps, but anything from the bitPimps does, so again I must re-itterate - please do not use any content or images from bitPimps - feel free to link to it, but you nor anyone else is allowed to publish it on their own site.

I just wanted to say, I've tried to make a few websites, and my major problem was lack of content. It takes a lot of work to put together an interesting website, and Cabo's worked hard to put together some interesting stuff for us.

Notice he's spend alot of time and his own money, building the track, doing the vids, making tuturials, etc. etc.

Just take your time on work at it, and maybe you can come up with your own content, so you can build your own unique website, like Cabo has. Honestly, there are tons of bit, and zip sites out there reposting information from around the net, and I personally don't see the point in visiting a website to see the same ol' stuff.

I have to agree with Cabo. NO you can not use any text or images of my mods I post on here. You can put a link to it if you ask me first before you use that link on your site. I tried to see the site you listed a few post back and Yahoo said it was down. So when it is up I'd also want to see what you are doing on that site with the info BEFORE I may even think of letting you even link to my posts.
