General discussions, new info, and all stuff that's how you say, off the hook. Bit, ZZ, SE, MT, SS... as long as it's micro, it's here.

WIP preview.

Post by honda_s2000 »

A preview of the up and coming entry, but I need some opinions and thaughts.
Is the bed bobbed too much ? I know it looks a little strange at the moment, but it will be getting puttied flat, but is the angle too extreme?

Here's some pictures, another of the Shen qui wei chassis,Dual cell, custom H plate again, this time with an LXX/bit rear end, blue ZZ gears and flipped rear wheels, topped off with a WIP monster patrol body.

It's..it's...it's a Truggy!!!

I really like the h-plate chassis, and the body will be wicked with a little more work! But why did you put the ugly side out on the rear rims?

The bed might be pinched a little too much, but I really like it so far

Thanks man, the rim's arent finished actually, i'm just figuring a way to solve the problem, thing is, they glued so perfectly onto a ZZ axle and wheel without hubcabs, and now spin perfectly true! The other side I would have to have filled with epoxy, then attempted to drill a straight hole, I dont have a drill press, so it could have been a disaster! I'll see what I can fix up with the rims, I'm sure i'll come up with something, even if it means killing off another set of rims for the fronts to glue them on :-o

I'm not sure about the bed, I think it's way to "pinched" like you said, but I think it'll look much better when the V in the back is puttied flat. :-o We'll see.

With a bit rear end it's a storm to drive, load of power and just all round nicer to drive. :-o

Thanks for the comments guy's, allthough I just got an epoch and a dg master in the mail today, courtesy of betty.k , so this project might take a while to get somewhere!
