what are these rc's

i am wanting to get a step van rc that i can turn into an ice cream truck and i saw this rc on the net, but cant seem to locate one were i can buy.
if anyone knows let me know .i want the ambulance

Judging from the shape of the dome, I'm gonna guess Cannonball.

I agree that the dome and controller scream Cannonball, but those wheels look very Charge 'n Go-ish...
