Knocked over my paint.

Post by crazydave »

I was reaching to dip the brush in the jar of laquer, when I knocked it over. Never mind the desk, I got that cleaned up good enough, my poor car was in the way.

Oh well, just have to paint it. Now I have an excuse to try that new teal paint I just bought,

you handled it much better than me dave....
I did something similar recently and got paint on my car...
I was furious - I blamed the dumb chick on my TV for being dumb and breaking my concentration so I could make fun of her - karma

Yeah, I blamed my mom for running late to pick up the kid. I should've been in the shower getting ready for work, not playing with paints, I was just trying to kill a few minutes.

Sometimes I don't want to paint my stock bodies, and stuff like this just gives me an excuse to paint, but I am pretty PO'ed about the mess on the chassis.

Haha, I hear ya, but unfortunatly my Biglots sold out aweek after they opened, and this is my last $5 car. No big deal, just irritating.

No it's Duplicolor. It's actually calle Bright Aqua, but looks just like Pactra's Cheezoom Teal, so I call it Teal.

Image It actually looks more green and less blue than in the picture, but who knows what it will actually look like when it comes out of the can.

It came out really nice, one of my best paint jobs. So I guess it wasn't a dissaster after all.

It still looks more green than in the pictures, but I guess it is more of an Aqua, than a Teal. Whatever, it's a blue green color.

Yeah, I hate that about all the bodies in the Skyline set. I think I'm going to at least lower the front tab.
