Skyline Racer body mod.
Here is some work in progress. I still have plenty to do including chassis lowering, filling, sanding, painting, etc. All the usuall like exhaust and stuff. Looking for some nice racing color paint to slap on her and some numbers, etc. Any suggestions?

Here is where I'm at so far...
I stuck the body on a chassis I already had dropped. I will do a wheel mod to this chassis. I went ahead and painted it to see what needs fixin. I will shave off a little of the side skirts and try to contour them more. I removed the hood intake, because someone had stated that Skylines don't use hood scoops, and all the pics I reveiwed did not show any.

I used two sheets of .030 styrene, cut the skirts to shape and stacked two pieces to get the tickness I wanted. Now that I think about it, I may add a third to get closer to the ground. I can't lower the front anymore without interfearing with the steering arm.ezenterprises wrote:what you use for th eskirts/hoodscoop??

Dear Life Cereal, Where do you get off? Part of a balanced breakfast and delicious? Who do you think you are? By now you may have guessed I'm speaking ironically and have nothing but good things to say about what you do. Life cereal do not change a thing.
