alloy gears

hey all i was just wudiring what gears i should use on my alloys because i read the tuorial and saw that the gear i put it in is permenatnt but im not sure what ration i should use?

my car has a phast motor, sprinng suspnsion, earth magnets, 200mah batt, mosfets, finned heatsink,and a bb body

the surface im driving on is floor boards exactly like ph2t`s

any help appreciated

We can't tell you what to use its all personal preferance

use the gear that is on the axle now

I agree with that, at least with mosfets you can run any gear you want. I prefer the teal gears to get the most speed, but I usually drive on a large track. Match the gears to where you do most of your driving.

Yep, this is definately something you'll have to decide for yourself, but I will say, if I'm going to be stuck with just one ratio, I prefer 9.86:1 because it's just a good all around not-to-fast, not-to-slow ratio.
