What's Ratshack's return policy?

Want to talk about micro boats or micro planes? How about trains, slot cars or submarines? Well you can do it all right here. If it's another hobby and it doesn't fit in one of our other forums, then it goes here.

What's Ratshack's return policy?

Post by Namuna »

My local Ratshack just got stock of the XMods.

I was going to pick one up, but only to take pictures of it...No interest in keeping it.

Am I gonna get hassle with returning it?

My experience with returning stuff to RS has been pretty damn good. No questions asked.

Damn good Namuna... RS is probably too easy on returns... Most of RS packaging can be opened, and closed with out knowing. So you could open it, and take shit out, and they'll still take it back, and sell it to the next unexpecting buyer... Crazy...

First 30 days no problem. You are just giving the store a demo car to show off once it comes back. At least thats what I do with toys/zips that work fine.

Great set of photos dood... The detail looks to be outstanding on that model. I wouldn't be able to take it back... Unless it ran like shit, then I be up there before they closed..lol

How does it stack up against your mini Z? No size comparison <sp? pics?

Wanted to pump out some pics ASAP...Haven't put it through any testing yet.

So far it's kickass, as far as options for Mods and looks...But the proof is in the driving...Hopefully I'll put some time in this weekend.
