Part 6

I made transparent engine window.

Materials: 3mm plexiglass
Tools: Dremel and high speed cutter #194, sandpaper 600, 1200, 1500, car wax

And new engine cover:

V 1.1 Made of Milliput and 0.5mm plastic sheet

the photo etching looks great

Part 7

Engine cover

Engine is made of Milliput and plastic. I used different shape stripes but forgot name of the manufacturer.

Paints used:
- matt black Humbrol Super Enamel #33 - cover base
- half matt black Humbrol Super Enamel #85 - engine parts
- black Humbrol Super Enamel #21 - photoetched net
- silver Humbrol Super Enamel #11 - engine parts
- shining gold Citadel Colour - engine parts

Tools: airbrush Aztek 470, Citadel Fine Detail Brush

Red parts was printed with inkjet printer.

Everything is glued with Loctite Super Attak. In picture below you can see glue under the net, but with natural light it is almost invisible (glue was painted with Citadel Colour black ink).
