Need advices on paint job

I am thinking on painting a clone body I got a few days ago. This will be my first paint job on a plastic body. The only bodies I have ever painted were diecast and hand painted them. This time I am thinking of using a spray can. Any advices on what I should do before painting (prep the body, etc...).

search around the forums, i think theres a bunch of paint tutorials floating around. especialy in Flossin, or custom rides forum. youll find all you need there man.

alright I am new here but I think this is how you should do it. If the body has paint on it put it in pine sol to get the paint off. Then primer it and then paint it. I am going to paint a body pretty soon so I have been gathering information on it and this is how I think you do it. I am not sure though so you probably should double check.

yup - search around here, there's a shiatload of tips on painting, etc.
check the forums and check our articles section.

also, you can get alot of good tips from this thread:
(which really isn't the right place to talk about it, but you know how threads have a life of their own)
