The RadioShack 50th Anniversary Corvette

I heard from payaso on TRC that this car was over twice as fast as a hopped up Xmod. Has anyone ever played with these? If so, how fast are they? And, how's the speed in comparison to Xmods? How's the turning radius? How many steps is there in the propo? And how's the range? Does it spin out easily? I'm curious to know about these things before I buy one, just want to know if it's worth the money.
