thats just the table beside my bed. And to explain the caffeine free, im tryin to cut down on the caffine because ive been having insomnia spells and caffeine looks like its the source. BTW I think i can make sense of the picture for some... that bowl contains ramen from the night before, i think thats my wallet... glasses, deoderent, calogne, oreos, a red cup full of Boost, and i think my alarm clock is buried under it. its allitle cleaner now, and i found my Ipod under all of it!

I love caffiene!

I just don't get why you'ld drink cola minus the caffiene. (my own personal opinion here TMP)
It seems kinda pointless, like drinking decaf coffee or non-alcoholic beer.
I've never really had to think about it though cause insomnia is natural to me. (I refuse to blame caffiene for anything)

I can drink 4 pots of coffee and eat candy bars and still fall right to sleep. I sleep too much , always yawning and tired , I can sleep all day if left alone.caffiene has never effected me.

I'm the same way. Caffine don't affect me. When I'm tired, I sleep!!! However, I do try to watch the sugar.
