its probably a mini jet drive, basic gas motor using an impellor to route water out of the jet drive. That would be my best guess with the real boat knowledge i have. you just cant get that kind of speed with props, and with the wieght to power ratio a jet drive sounds very reasonable for creating that kind of speed. I WANT ONE!
