my retro BMW Z8....
just got this ride from a fellow brucemicro member and I thought, what the hell, lets paint this shell to sorta signify a changing of the guard so to speak.... I dunno, whatever..... point is it's been cool doing it....

I went to town on the prep, couldn't help myself...

Sofar, this is it.. I still have a bit of detailing to complete. I don't have the front light bezels so I might be putting leds in there to detract from that effect..I was thinking of putting a fine racing line down the centre of the car as well, just to add to that retro feel I get about it....

Looks pretty cool, but that shine is a little rough...Perhaps you need a little more clear coat....
Bah, nevermind what I said. Do whatever you want....your car.
Also noticed how you removed the windows in order to paint it... I can't do a perfect window masking job...I think I may try that tactic when I get more paint...
EDIT: Shit, payaso beat me to it.... Next time I gotta type faster.
