The only thing I need is some rims that look good on lowrider trucks. Any one got an idea for the rims?

Use the search button. It's been done a few times and posted a few more times. Seek and ye shall find all the knowledge that you need.

Ok I have done some research but I don't have a dremel or sandpaper. Where can I get some?

For sandpaper you can go visit any public restroom and grab rolls and rolls of it!! :-)

You did research, really? :???:

Go to Wally World!! Oh, better explain, Wal-Mart!!

There's other places like the Search Button, Lowe's, Home Depot, Levine's, Shinks, Pep Boys, Auto Zone, Google, Auto Rama, Hill's, Target, Gold Circle, Yahoo, Pat Catan's, Michael's, LHS (Local Hobby Store), Bill and Walt's, eHobbies, MicroMark, Dad's WorkBench, Zayre's, Value City, Search Engine, Your best friends house when he's not home, Keystone Plumbing, Construction Site, K-Mart, Big K-Mart, Sam's Club, School Art Room, Flea Market, Swap Meet, Estate Sales, Abandoned Riverside business, Thrift Store, Pray for It!!

See if you just put your mind to it, you'll find somewhere to get it, so get off your ass and think before you ask where to get sandpaper and a Dremel. Your on the damn internet you fool!!!!!!!!!!!! :x

Just build your own dremmel out of old sandpaper a toothpick and a rubber band. That's the kind of power that only rivals a big ass spoiler.

Dude, since you've learned to type properly, I'll hook you up. Hit me up sometime on AOL and I'll take you through step by step on how to mount killer rims.
