I can attest to that, cannonballs were the worste micro I ever owned. it was actually my first micro and I almost didn't get in to micro at all because of it.
melt it, it'd be cooler as a puddle of melted plastic.

Dear Life Cereal, Where do you get off? Part of a balanced breakfast and delicious? Who do you think you are? By now you may have guessed I'm speaking ironically and have nothing but good things to say about what you do. Life cereal do not change a thing.

impala
your are right about the size, but i screwed up, and after being corrected i went and dug out one of the damn boxes that my wife packed my shiat up in and looked at the lil rc again,
now the mini rc is not a cannonball, its a bensu and it is as long as a zz i swear to that.

impala
thats it hue!!! it was or had a hummer body on it , oh and it is the H1.
Since i dont own a reg. zz and questions about this impala body from the get go was that i was to put it on a zz size chassis, so i used this one, (per finks plans that got nixed )originally it was on a micro bit chassis like the bubble dome ones, then it was lengthened and shortened again so i am kinda tired of slaughtering this body up to fit a specific chassis, sooo it will stay like it is so that i can finish it.
I wanted to be able to have enough chassis under it that i could dual cell it or have room for elctronics like full out lights and the such, how many of you have seen the hot wheel cars that are being offered at McDonalds in the happy meal, the ones with the lights and lil micro switch. I plan on using these lights on this impala .
thats it fo now.

Yesiree Buddy ! I have a couple of 'em, they and the Chevy SS pickup were the only one's, all other Bensu's were Bit sized.hue35 wrote:I think those H2 Hummers that Toyeast had a while back were Bensu's... they were longer (ZZ wheelbase).sg219 wrote:I have a few Bensu's and NONE of then are ZZ sized.

Man dat is one sweet sled in the makin' J!
Mad props on the hard work, mah man.
I just wish RS could get rid of that crap that makes the top of the SE chassis look like the insides of a radio from the 1940's.
There's gots to be a way to make the SE work in a lower chassis. Maybe if they lengthen the chassis, by say...a quarter inch, they could lower the chassis profile. Don't know what dat would do to da scale, tho.
Da impala is gonna be so sweet when you're done. Man, dat was a gross understatement. You ever think about sellin' da molds to RS?
Props to the bigguns,
Love Doc
