Sandpaper

Post by sg219 »

I went in search of some better sandpaper today and came home with this.

http://www3.3m.com/catalog/us/en001/gov ... utput_html

That is the 400 Grit, the highest they have in this brandline, I bought the 320. (I like it rough.) I gotta say this stuff works great.

I've been sanding down a puttied up body that I'm working on and the paper either keeps ripping, clogging, or just starts to suck. I like this stuff. It doesn't clog up like the other stuff I was using and is much sturdier.

Anyone else use it? Tried it? :???:

Yep, that's the sandpaper I use. Except, my 400 grit was grey. Wonder what the reason for color difference is. Anyway, I like the rougher stuff. It's great for sanding down styrene too.
