Well I'm definitely sold on the monster truck. I'll be picking one up as soon as they show up in a local RS. Rich, that last video was a good display of the nice approach and departure angle of those things....not to mention the tourque. Man, if they had proportional speed they could be a hell of a lot of fun.

Its gonna be a lot of fun fitting different ZZ bodies on the monster chasis too

Alright.....what the hell happened to this?

Wasn't the original ETA Sept. 28th? They aren't even available for order yet. This sucks....out of all the new ZZ stuff, this was the kit I was looking forward to the most.

I agree with ya Sdog - been looking for it since I first saw them.

By way, if you guys don't know, online shack orders over $25 have free shipping.

That figures - I just ordered stuff yesterday morning

Also, I'm not sure if this was said, the upgrade motors/gears for the new zipzap trucks increase the speed greatly. Haven't checked for the differences in torque yet. I'm quite impressed. I can imagine what they will do once some of you guys get your hands on them.

I've been patiently waiting for the corvette too. That's one of my favorite cars. My ma use to remodel them. She had some nice older ones. There just damn sexy cars. I like the older models better.
Cause I ride around town on my low-rider bicycle.

if your local shack doesn't have them in stock (which will be the case), you can have them order it and shipping will be free. no need to order $25 worth of stuff. just click on the item at rs.com, then type in your zip code. you'll get the blue circle indicator, and it will give you the details.

or, if you're a lazy ass like myself, just pick up some more $4.99 cases, wide wheel kits, etc. to get up to the $25 mark and order it online.

damn you radio shack, you know that i'll order another $20 worth of stuff to save the $2.50 s/h.

I was on and off RS's site about 3 times adding things(that I probably dont need) to get up to $25. What a cheap bastard I am. I figure I'll wait until the monster wheels are available.
