Desert Patrol
This is my Desert Patrol
A.K.A. Taliban Wacker
105mm Howitzer mod
Twin Hellfire fire and forget missiles (removable)
10mm armor
Can squish terrorist under wheels in large quantities
3 coats of clear coat with UV protection, so it's ready for the desert sun.
Inside it has;
small gauge wire antenna
fet mod (PH2T style/all NPN fets/climbs anything!)
The insides are somewhat normal.
I have to take this on deployment with me to Iraq so I wanted to be able to charge it off the stock controller. I don't need to carry extra crap. This is probably pushing it already.

Mind you this was a rush job. I've got a lot of other things to get ready besides the car. But it's ready to rock.
Should have some pictures in hostile territory over the next 9 months.
The story will continue.

the weapons really add that warlike bling. lol
seriously though, that is cool and creative - ready for the desert I'd say.
Dear Life Cereal, Where do you get off? Part of a balanced breakfast and delicious? Who do you think you are? By now you may have guessed I'm speaking ironically and have nothing but good things to say about what you do. Life cereal do not change a thing.

Fuckin A dude.... Death from an inch off the ground.....lol I love it.
Looks like some beyond the thunder dome shit.
EDIT:--- I'd also like to commend you on the fact that you can see past what you're getting ready to do, and still have a great sense of humor about it. You're a true insiration both in, and out of the R/C world. Good luck to you over there, and I hope you stay safe.

Hachi, kick some ass out there, and come back safe! I wonder how well that MT would hold out on a pile of descharged ammo? Now there's a vid.

Thanx for all the input. The dates keep changing, but the latest is that I'll be over there in less than 2 weeks. This may or may not be my last chance to log on to the internet for a long time. I've got a lot of things to do before we go.
I should be able to hook up with the internet once in a blue moon while I'm there, but I probably wont be able to download pictures until I get back, which will be in about 9 months. So, I'll keep the camera rollin and update you guys when I can.
Don't think the worst if you don't hear from me in a while. I may not even see a computer for a really long time. Peace!
Oh, and thanx Payaso, and everybody! It's appreciated.
