@betty.k : Is that TX still on offer? I'm getting real friggin impatient with this thing. PM me please.
@ everyone: If I go iW board can I use three bit cells to power it efficiently? I know ill need a stand alone charger but hey
Screw portability, and hail economy. I've decided that I will use the iW board and just run it at home only-ish. Th patch of dirt right outside my house is crying to be tamed and I need a quick fix
I can see me finishing the paint this weekend. I'm sanding it right now.
Let me know about the cells tho.

Thanx sat4life, you guys are great
.
I'm sorry about my pissy-ass, undecided kid-shit. It's just so frustrating. I just discovered that the steering motor doesn't have a pinion
. Can I use the pinion off a bit motor? Cuz then i'll just plug the whole motor right in there.
I may have to buy a brand new MT, to solve the little problems I'm finding. And maybe to garauntee what's in the package.
Maxx
PS: I figured out the stripes for the body. (too lazy to post 8 words the right place)

HELP!!!!
Help!!
CrazyDave, Betty, ANYONE!!
I was trying a lil ting' on my basher. I decided I can't wait untill I got a TX to run the iW board I have. So I said, "hmmm
, What about a bit PCB?" . I have a 35MHz Lxx CB lying around (fetted by crazydave
)
and I said "what's the big difference between the ZZMT board and this? Plus it has FETs
"
So I go on a spree to figure out how i'm gunna charge this battery (200maH) . I went to the 3, yes three ,places on the island that sells electronic stuff looking for a micro plug of some sort. I figured the battery plug from a cordless phone will do (i knew they were no deans). So I asked around, and no one had any "No one will sell those, Barbados is not a service oriented country" he said, how true. Anyhow, at the last store the old owner says that they don't sell any either. But he goes in the back and gives me a dead cordless phone for me to use FOC. So a free phone is great. Straight home and straight to work.
I finished wire up the PCB to the chassis and wire the plug directly onto the battery bay on the controller.
When I turn the truck on and plug in to charge, I see smoke from the PCB. I took pics of the area that the smoke was coming from.
56K warning: I left them in high res so my helper could see them clear.

If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
Maxx
EDIT: So I moved the charging plug from the battery bay and soldered them to the CB where the charging clip was. Now I can charge the car. But, I have no steering, why is that?
I am currenyly running 1 cell and the speed is piss poor. I can throw more cells at it and fix that, is 3 too much?
But will more cells fix the steering too?
Was the part that was smoking concerning the steering?
Since it is a bit PCB can it operate motorized steering?

So from australia to barbados via snail-mail takes Aug22 - Oct 3rd. Around the world in 42 days [6 weeks approx]![]()
I may just start modding this one instead and get this going. Then use the iW board on another MT
