No, you don't have to be 13 - you just have to specify if you are over or under the age of 13.

wat the hell im 13 maybe, oh ok i did right that ooops that was a axedent.
I am really 13 i dont know y i said that, i am a tad bit on the tired side ive been working on my rc plane i took off and, some wind came up and my plane flipped right into the ground. when i wrecked it broke off my tail wing. Any ways i am 13 dont know y i said i was 12
