Another ZZMT project.. i love these things.

General discussions, new info, and all stuff that's how you say, off the hook. Bit, ZZ, SE, MT, SS... as long as it's micro, it's here.

The tricky part is going to be the steering :???: Any ideas as to how you are going to do that?

Wow, that's incredible! The width is a little greater than I expected, but that looks like it will be super stable. Amazing work. :-o

Holy hell, that's looking wicked!

Are you aiming for a more stadium or monster stance? 2 or 4 wheel steering?

Clint, I think I have an idea for steering. It'd be tough, but making c-hubs would solve your problems.

Hooked up a gearbox using a ZZSE Servo.
That weaksauce green servo motor was pushing things
all over my desk with only 2.4v, the torque this thing has is sick.
It'll end up getting a lipo and a perfection 3.8 motor.

I've just started making the steering shafts.
Doing mock-ups in alum, final will be brass.

I agree , seems a shame to use a lower quality board in something that has had alot of time/effort put into it , regardless of the price.

www.tttt-parts.org have alot of very small servo's , esc's , rx's , They are pricey but worth putting into this in my opinion !.

Hey Tuner!

I'm still around. Unfortunatly, had another carpal tunnel flareup over the
past couple months so theres not much I want/can do with my hands
besides wanting to cut them off with the dremel. The numbness is
slowly going away, it just takes time.

Good news is that we are scheduled to move into the new house next week on Dec 6th. So thats keeping me busy.

All my r/c equipment is packed up in boxes. :-( suffering from withdrawal.
