T-Bone Racing Service Sucks ASS...
My reply to they're email (top) is above their original email.
---------------------------------
Totally sucks ass that I've been waiting a month. No contact. Nothing. I was going to wait until tomorrow, but I think its pretty obvious that the bumpers aren't going to show up.

Hi there T-Bone,
Where's my bumpers?
Its been almost a full month. I replied with my name and address, which I sent with the broken bumpers in the first place, but you asked for them again. (waited two weeks to ask for it)
Its been 10 days since I re-gave you my info via email and I still have not recieved my replacement bumpers.
I was really wanting to run my MLST this holiday weekend, but now it looks like I'll have to either run it with no bumpers and risk severe damage, or not run it at all. Neither option is cool.
Some communication would have been great, if you weren't going to fulfill the warranty and replace the bumpers. Especially with the transaction taking a month. Someone could have at the VERY LEAST contacted me via email.
I don't know what type of operation your running, but I'm very disatisfied at this point. Unless the bumpers show up in my mail box tomorrow morning (Sat. before Mem. Day), I will assure you, that I will not be a returning customer, nor will I recommend your products to any of the many (a few hundred) fellow RC'ers that I deal with daily.
Seriously not happy,

If you could email us the original order name, address and email address, we would be happy to ship you your replacement bumper. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Got this email from them tonight...
I'm tired of people blaming their problems on computers.
I had the address written down, plus its the return addy on the envelope.
How hard of a process is it too drop something in an envelope and mail it?
2 minutes tops. If you have no arms.

Dear SG,
We are sorry for the delay in replacing your Losi Mini LST bumper. We did email you on May 1st requesting your original order information. (I'll be happy to forward you the message sent.) When we didn't get a response, we mailed you again on the 17th. We did receive your email and went to work locating your original order. We were in the process when we had our hard drive crash last week. We are a small family run operation but try to do a professional job. We have been trying to catch up with the work load and correspondence. Our new orders did take priority over our replacement requests. We apologize for the inconvenience we have caused you. Your replacement bumper request is being processed and we will notify you of the date it has shipped. We're sorry you won't have it by the holiday weekend but hope you'll realize that T-Bone Bumpers truly do protect your investment.
We appreciate your input and will strive to do better. Once again we apologize for the delay.
Sincerely,
Betty,
T-Bone RaCing
