1:144 scale WWII Tanks

Want to talk about micro boats or micro planes? How about trains, slot cars or submarines? Well you can do it all right here. If it's another hobby and it doesn't fit in one of our other forums, then it goes here.

Found these for a 1.97 each at walmart. :)

Not sure what to do with them yet..but they are downright cool.

body seems hollow and the turret is poseable. :???:

Do the tracks work? Or for show only?

I'm not sure what you could do with the tanks if the dont have moving tracks already.. hmm.. Cant really think of anything, but shauns post deserves recognition

Couple years ago I saw an article in a science magazine about someone who made some robots that were about the total size of an iRacer. The board was about Bit size, they used same battery as bit, same size tiny motors... The only reason I'm even bringing this up is they made them tank-steer (1 motor at front of chassis, 1 motor at rear powering the other tread) and used tiny rubberbands for the treads.

I'm sure that with some searching, and very minor wheelbase alterations if needed that a tread option wouldn't be impossible.
