What's up with the frequencies on the Super Bits?

Actually, Namuna is probably correct. At least that's the way it worked in 1/10 scale.
It's just like when we got digital recievers for our stereos, and we find out the local radio station 98KUPD is actually 97.9, and they're just called 98, because there is already a 97.3.
They're just AM radio signals, just like your stereo picks up.
